I am certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Trauma informed Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre-natal Yoga, Post-natal Yoga and Meditation. I specialize in working with high performing professionals, entrepreneurs and artists. I incorporate yoga philosophy, meditation, and breath work into the physical asana practices that I teach. For me, the goal of yoga is “the suppression of the fluctuation of the mind.” In my experience the mental health benefits of the practice are invaluable.

Online & in Person Offerings

My virtual classes are live or pre-recorded. You can opt to practice for 30 minutes or 1 hour. This gives you the flexibility to incorporate yoga into your schedule without stress. I teach private one on one classes from 6-8 am EST and from 6-8pm EST Monday till Friday this way you can practice before or after work without disturbing your routine. I teach private virtual and in person group classes upon request.


I advise individuals, for profit corporations and non-profit organizations on best practices relating to inclusion and diversity. I help institutions rethink their strategy aiming at hiring, training, retaining, and promoting diverse employees. I run antiracist trainings for entrepreneurs, independent contractors, employers and employees. I help business manage their race relation crisis.
